What the Torque specs for Oil Drain Bolt and Oil Filter?

Good morning,

I attached the torque spec for the drain plug below. I also attached the torque specs for the engine itself for you to view.

Drain Plug To No. 2 Oil Pan
33 ft.lb

As far as the oil filter, the spec is hand tight plus 1/2 turn.
