What are the Engine Torque specs?

I was thinking about rebuilding my 1985 ford 302 carbureted engine. I've worked on cars before and I’m very familiar with the process, but I don’t know what the torque specifications are for this 302. any chance i could get help with that? How much ft lbs of torque do the heads need to be torqued down at? How much ft lbs of torque does the crankshaft need to be torqued at? etc.
