What are the torque specs on head bolts?

Hi,
If you look at the pic below, it includes the tightening sequence and the torque specifications.
When you do this, it should be done in a three-step process. Follow the directions as indicated. Also, it indicates using an angle meter. It's easy to turn it an additional 90 degrees, but 70 may be difficult. I always mark the bolt and head prior to tightening the additional degrees. You may find that helpful.
