what would be the torque for the intake manifold bolts

Upper Intake- torque at 10 Nm (89 in. lbs.). Work from the center out.

Lower Intake
Stage 1: Tighten to 15 Nm (11 ft. lbs.).
Stage 2: Tighten to 32 Nm (24 ft. lbs.).

I need the torque & sequence for the upper intake manifold for my 3.0 dual Overhead Cam- Plastic Manifold with 8 bolts?

thanks for the reply but this is not the type of maniford that i have, after looking at the engine this morning it is a Duratec 24 valve v6, it has 8 bolts. my fault i did not say what engine i had
