torque specification

That should be a D4BB diesel in that truck. They don't sell them here in the US BUT they do use that same engine for some industrial applications like generators and pumps. The attached picture is from a D4BB service manual so it should be correct. Check out the diagrams (Below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.
