Tires feel funny while driving

I am temporarily staying in a small town in PA and the roads here are very uneven and raised on some parts and not on others. While driving my tires just feel wobbly. I am running 235/75/ R16s on front with 33 PSI and 245/70/R16 on the back with 35 PSI . I jacked the vehicle up on the front to check each tire I pulled on them tried to move them and they are on tight. I do need an alignment as there is a slight pull and my front brakes are about 1/2 pads. When I am on smooth paved roads I cannot feel it as much. The past 3 years I have traveled a lot in 3 different vehicles back and forth to 3 different states. I'm a very cautious driver as I've seen a lot of accidents interstate driving. Maybe it's all in my head but I just do not like that feeling I feel. Even when I start my Liberty up and begin to back out of my gravel/stone parking space it's like I can feel something in the tires. Too many PSI? Not enough? Different size tires on the back? Bent rim? Broken belt? I know it could be a variety of things but I can't seem to find anything as of yet.
