Can I replace current tires with bigger tires

i also have a 2 inch level in the front, 3” block in rear.

The tires you have are 33" while the others are 35. The diameter isn't as much of a problem as you could trim the fenders a bit. It is the width that becomes a problem. The current tires should be about 10.5" while the ones you want are 12.5. They might fit but not without some serious trimming.

Pretty much anything over 33 inches will be a maybe it fits but maybe not answer. It really depends on the rims in use, the actual tires and how the vehicle has settled over the years.
The best way to tel for sure would be to find someone with the tire and rim combo you like and test fir it. Or find a truck with them and see what was done there. In my area there are a couple types of 4X4 folks. Those who will make a tire they want fit, usually by cutting away the fenders and more or installing a lift, engine and the "parking lot" croud, where the truck is setting on an 8" lift with 35" tires but the biggest hill they see is a speed bump. A tire that fits on the first group might fit on the second, as long as you don't hit a bump or try to steer LOL. As for a particular tire, I try to keep out of that and just install the selected tire, with the warning that "this tire and rim combo may not clear".
