New struts installed, the rear is rubbing on my inner tire and there are rattling noises coming from the rear?

Just got my struts installed, but the rear is rubbing on my inner tire and there are rattling noises coming from the rear. This also was making the same noise before I replaced my struts, I've gotten an alignment and tire rotation before I replaced them, but I was thinking it could be the sway bar links, sway bar trailer arms or the lateral arms.

I would not drive the car anymore because it sounds like they left something loose or left one of the strut main bolts out. Posted diagrams below to show you how to do the job and how the parts go together. I would raise the rear of the car up and look with a flashlight to see what's going on.
