Tire monitor light is not reading tire pressure?

Hello,

It is quite possible that the sensors in the rim with internal batteries have failed due to age. The corrective action to take would be to have your local tire shop put their TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System) programmer on to see which sensor has possibly failed.
