Leaking antifreeze

Hello,

The cooling system will have to be pressure tested to find the leak. There are numerous places it can leak under the car.

That is what I did and they didn't find any leaks after the pressure test. He did say that since the car has 80,000 miles it could be something internal.Still baffled. any other ideas? Thank you

Can I ask where under the car is it leaking, front, rear left right of the engine compartment?
