Timing chain, how to tighten the tensioners?

I am not sure if you mean what is the torque spec or if the chain is loose and you needed to know how to tighten it? If the chain has not been replaced that can be the cause of the loose chain. Here are torque specs and how to replace the timing chain. You can use a floor jack to support the engine from below, these instructions also show the timing marks for the chain and sprockets as well. Check out the images (below).
