I am replacing timing chain need to know how to set timing where to match marks. diagrams show one link directly across from mark on sprocket, bottom mark looks like it is two notches away not directly across. And I need torch specs on valve cover, oil pan , harmonic balancer. A good diagram would be nice . I keep looking but I get taken to Camero and Jeep V-6's. All but mine. Thank you.

The cam timing chain has two plated links that will be different color than the rest. With the cam sprocket on and the timing punch facing to the right the upper plated link should line up with the punch mark. The lower crank sprocket should also have the punch mark lined up with the other plated link on the chain. Unlike other engines there is not a "line up the sprockets with timing marks inline" or similar, you just need to line up the sprocket marks with the chain. See attached images.
The outer chain is similar, you line up the top plated link with the timing mark on the sprocket and the two others with the respective marks on the sprockets.
