Timing belt water pump replacement?

You need to turn the crankshaft counterclockwise if you stand with the engine and clockwise if you are facing it. Here is how the job looks in pieces and I included the timing belt marks as well. Check out the images (below). Let us know if you need anything else.

I have completed the disassembly process, and I am ready to reassemble everything. I think I'm good from here on, but my next question would be how do I properly torque the crankshaft pulley?

This is a pulley I'm working with. It was very difficult to remove, and I ended up messing up the lower timing belt cover. However, I was able to repair that with some plastic bonding.
My old mechanic had a special tool that he made himself he is the one who has always changed my timing belts in the past when he has done it like four or five times because I have 460,000 miles on my car but he moved to Arizona so now I don't want to pay the kind of prices at these mechanics want. so, I'm doing it myself but I have an issues.
I replaced all of this approximately every 60,000 miles just for preventative measures.

Yep, good job, there do make a special tool to hold the balancer when you are tightening it.
