No compression on all cylinders after replacing the timing chain

I replaced my timing chain I have all the marks all in align but now I have no compression on all cylinders. can someone explain?

Good afternoon,
Most likely you have valve damage from the failed chain. The pistons hit the valves and bent the ends and that will prevent compression.

You will need a machine shop to either replace all the valves or get yourself a rebuilt set of heads.
