I had to replace head gasket and mark and label everything, but now I having problem with timing not able to get it back in time. I tried everything and it seems I got it on the money, but when j go to roll it over by hand seems to only roll Little bit either way like it is hitting valves. can someone help me with the timing?

If it only moves a bit then stops check that you have the crank on TDC for compression on cylinder one. Are you using the cam holding tools?

Hello,

You must have the tool kit to do this job, Here are some diagrams (below) that shows you how to install the pin and rear cam blocks. Just make sure the Vanos are bottomed out all the way by loosening the main cam bolt.

Please let us know what happens, we are interested to see what it is.
