Good afternoon,
I attached the time for replacing the flex-plate for you.The plate is tightened to 80 pounds. Let me know if you have any other questions.
Flywheel/Flex plate removal and replacement labor is 5.5 HRS@ shop rate, and the flex plate is $150.00
Check out the diagrams (Below). Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem.
