My car makes a ticking sound that sounds like a helecoptor under the dash around where the radio or fan is, after about a minute or so it will stop then start ticking under the dash close to the glove compartment for close to about a minute. The ticking happens when the car is off and has no power it also always happens when i first start driving. After driving for a couple of minutes the ticking does not happen again until i turn the car back off.
