Ticking sound

When i accelerate i hear it but it is off and on. Also, when i sit still i can hear it. i have an oil leak.

first fill with oil and see if it goes a way. if not have a mechanic check for a bad lifter/rocker arm. It may be leaking oil out too much and making the noise as well.

Thank you. i am in process of a oil change at this moment. also, is it okay to use high mileage oil treatment?

you should use what is required, but I imagine you can use high mileage with no problems as long as it is not above 10w30.
