Ticking is very loud and noticeable, cold and hot engine the tick does not change. I have been looking it up and thinking it might be a valve lifter or something like that. How can I get rid of this ticking?

Without hearing the noise first hand it is a bit hard to say, but it is a fair call to say that it may be a lash adjuster, often they can get blocked with carbon deposits. first thing to do is add a quality oil flush and then change the oil and filter. read the instructions on the flush as some need to be run longer in the engine than others, see if this stops the noise. if not the lash adjusters will have to be replaced as a complete set.

Okay thank you I'll look into it. Can tick noises be made by timing belt?? Or what are some symptoms of a bad timing belt?

Being a tooth type belt you do not get any slipping noise, you my hear a growl from
a idler bearing but normally there is no sign that it is about to fail, they just break, that's why they are changed at pre determined intervals so they don't get a chance to fail
