Throttle light on

Etc light came on and I want to take it to the dealership service, but I would like to know if I need to tow it over or if I can drive it without any major problems? The dealership is about fifteen to twenty minutes away.

tow it, that is electronic throttle control and it may mess up on you. It may be a relearn procedure if no codes are showing any garage with a scanner can fix this.
