I had to replace the headlight and to do so I removed the battery. After replacing the battery the car wouldn't idle very good and the the "Stop Safely" light came on. I did a reset that you described in one of your videos but now when I try to start the car the "stop safely" light comes on and the wrench illuminates. According to the owner's manual the wrench is for the powertrain system. The car ran fine before replacing the headlight so now I am at a complete loss. I live in a very rural area and do not have easy access to anyone who can run diagnostics. Any suggestions?

Hello, On this car, low 12V voltage can cause all kinds of strange hybrid warnings, including “Stop Safely Now” and the wrench light. So the battery might be bad, also make sure the battery cables are clean and secure, this guide can help.

You can remove the battery and the auto pats store can load test it for you. Once this is done you should be okay, if not we need to run the codes this video can help you as well.

Also, I would service the throttle body, please go over this guide to show you how.

No - I messed around with the throttle body - seems the connection was loose. I plan to take it all the way out and clean it, but in the mean time the car is running fine.
Thank you for all the great info!
