My vehicle was running sluggish, when in park it would idle high then low like it was going to cut off. It ran okay but did not have much power. I checked the plugs and they were fouled, so I replaced them and cleaned the throttle body. After reconnecting the battery, I started it up and it was okay for about a minute, then the check engine started to flash then it stayed on. tried to drive it and it drove worst than it was before.

I am second guessing myself, but if had just changed the plugs I would not have the problem I am now facing.

This is a random misfire code, i would re check the that the spark plugs are correct and if they are not iridium plugs that the gaps are correct, if changing the plugs is all that you have done, this is a good place to start and also check fuel pressure and if you can, a live data read to check O2 sensors are working correctly, start here.
