Engine stalls while driving

I have replaced twice the throttle body on my car. Because the computer says it was bad. It works fine for one or two days and starts stalling again when i am driving.

Can you please give me the codes it throws? also I would replace the TPS sensor. here are diagrams and instructions below, #4.
