Can you get a picture of the bore? because I have seen a lot of these and "real dirty" is a bit subjective until you see a lot of the same trucks.

Have you changed the air filter recently? If so, what type of filter are you using? The only way the bore is going to get dirty is things are getting past the filter so if you are using a cheap filter then that is the issue. Or if you are not changing it enough that will allow dirt past it as well. At 60,000 miles you should have changed it about 5 times by now.

Here is a guide that will help clean it:

Let us know and we can go from there. Thanks

HI Jamie.

A big reason for getting a dirty throttle body and plates is because of the PCV system. It's job is to pull fumes from the internal engine and send them through the intake to be burned. This is necessary because a part of the engine oiling systems job is to absorb fuel fumes and the PCV system pulls them out... but there is a tendency to take oil fumes too.

I found a You-Tube video for your vehicle on PCV replacement.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mXY9iYQ_dnE

While the intake hose is removed, clean the throttle plates and the bore where the plates seat against it. Because your throttle body points up, be extra cautious not to drop anything down it while cleaning. What I do is use long-nose needle nose plyers and 'cloth' shop towels. Pinch the towel with the plyers, wrap towel around the plyers, spray the towel with throttle body cleaner, open the plates and clean the back and edges of the plates and the throttle body housing. This may take a few towels depending on how dirty it is.

One thing the video says is to use a silicone paste on the reinstall of the PCV. Please do not use silicone of any type as this could actually cause damage to the O2 sensors (silicone and O2 sensors don't get along). A simple coating of oil on the new PCV will work just fine.

Hope this helped. Glenn
