Take a look at this guide. It walks through the basics of the system and how to reset each as long as there are not issues with the system.
Let's try this first and then we will need to get codes out of the system if it doesn't work. If you don't have a scan tool, then you should be able to get any parts store to pull them free of charge. However, I am assuming the vehicle doesn't start so that may not be possible. Let me know if there are codes and we can go from there. Thanks
