Every time up shifting into third gear the transmission knocks and the car jumps. Seems to be common but can't find a diagnosis.

Hi,
This sounds like a shift solenoid issue. Have you replaced any components in trying to fix it? I attached the info that you need to test these solenoids to try and find the cause.
