The windshield wiper is not working

I was trying to locate the relay switch I have checked the fire to the motor there is fire to the motor and there is fire to the switch inside, but the wiper still will not work.

If you have power to the wiper motor, either the motor is bad or there is no ground. Check to make sure there is a good ground first. If there is and you have power to it, then the motor is bad.
