Cylinder head job was performed on this vehicle after inspection was made and discovered that cylinder gasket was blown and about 8-valves was not closing well thereby giving the vehicle misfiring sound at the exhaust, but it doesn't prevent the vehicle to start when cranked.
Then after this job had been done, I began to crank this vehicle and it failed to start, then I removed the ignition coil and put plug to the end of it and crank the vehicle, it sparked twice and stopped. When it sparks, it will make an attempt to start then stall. Then I changed the crankshaft sensor Reference, check resistance from ECM terminal 65 and 75 white wire to sensor terminal2 and there was resistance. I also changed the condenser, crankshaft pulley and camshaft sensor but still the fault code always return. I have checked voltage on coil connector terminal 3 with ignition on, there were 12-volts, but i want to ask, which side of the coil is the primary ignition signal: 12volt side or the ECM grounding path terminal 1 of coil connector?

So, it sounds like the #6 ignition coil is shorted I would swap it out for a new one. This code pertains to the PCM side of the circuit.

The OBD-II trouble code P1320 is a generic powertrain code that typically indicates an ignition coil or ignition-related problem in the vehicle's engine control module (ECM) or powertrain control module (PCM).

Here is the coil so you can change it out. This is a common failure. Clear the codes when completed. Check out the images (below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.

Hi!
I have inspected the circuits running from ECM terminal 21,22,23,30,31,32 to ignition coils and all have resistance. But I noticed that ignition #6 connector was not locking at all, if you plug it, it will not lock but shift back thereby causing an open circuit. I will change it and still crank it to see whether the spark will be steady and enable the car to start.
I want to ask, is it only cylinder 6 that has this code? What of cylinder 1to5?

Code P1320 ignition primary circuit for cylinder number 6. I have checked #6 coil and swapped it with another one, the P1320 gone but the vehicle has never started. When you crank it, it will spark twice and back-fires with heavy sound likes a wrong timing and cease spark, but the timing is correct. Is it the condenser or another coil causing this?
Note: I have replaced a series of condensers on this vehicle.

It could be but I need to hear the engine cranking over to see if it is hurt or not? Can you please shoot a quick video with your phone so I can hear the engine? That way I can tell for sure what's going on.. You can upload it here with your response.

Here is the video!
If you look at the spark plug head, you will see it spark once and stopped.

Thanks for the video. it looks like the PCM is bad or you have a bad ground to the PCM. I would re-check the harness grounds if okay you can get a preprogrammed unit by searching Google or Ebay. Here is how to change the PCM out. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.

This vehicle has had this problem before, that time I got a used ECM and program it and it was still doing the same sparking once. Later I noticed that the flex plate was bent, and I removed the engine and replaced it. It was still doing the same. Later I saw the crankshaft pulley was out of alignment and I strike it hammer to position and the vehicle started. But now I have replaced the Crank pulley, crank sensor reference and cam sensor. Let me add more wire to ground circuit and see what happens.

I have done that by adding wire from engine ground to negative battery cable and also removed the crankcase and inspected the chain, it happens that the chain was sagged. Therefore I replaced the adjuster and close the crankcase, then when I began to crank, I notice that the spark became continuous with bluish spark and suddenly stopped, the service engine went off, I check fuse 59, it was blown, when I replaced fuse and check, it cranks but the battery has run down, so tomorrow I continue, Now what could make the fuse to blow for the first time ever since the vehicle has been there?

It sounds like you have a short ignition coil, can you unplug the coils and replace the fuse and then crank it over to see if the fuse blows?

I have done it before and now by unplugging coil connector one after another, and then crank, it didn't blow the fuse then I plug them all but the spark sometimes spark twice or once and it ceased while sometimes it spark continuous.

Yeah! I have seen it on Toyota sienna 2001, when you crank, it backfires with heavy explosive sound, then I diagnosed and detect P0100, I remove it and visually inspect and see a kind of oil mixed with dust particles stick on the filament-bulb and I scraped it and put back, surprisingly it started at a crank.
But for this Infiniti I don't know if the programming are the same because it is not throwing a code, but I will check as you suggested.
