Air pump runs but the rear end does not level out

So I replaced the pump, relay and airbags. Still the same thing pump runs but no lift. What makes matters worse I took the old pump apart it looks good, runs and piston and seals appear almost new.

Good evening,

Do you any air leaks on the line to the rear bags from the pump? I would be sure air is being delivered to the rear bags first.

Make sure the height sensor in the back is connected as well.

I didn't hear any air leaks and no bubbles when I sprayed soapy water on the air connections on the pump/air dryer.

Did you follow the lines all the way to the rear airbags?
