The power steering pump dipstick came apart

The powers teeing pump dipstick has broken and I found some of the parts in the fluid. What can I use to fix this problem? I need to know what do i need to do to form a proper seal around it.

Hello,

If the dipstick part broke off and fell into the reservoir, the first step would be to get the dipstick out.

Those caps with the dipstick are typically available to purchase. You can get them at your local auto parts store. Typically costs around $12.00 to $15.00.
Replacing the cap is the only way to make sure it is sealed properly.
