The gauge cluster does not work properly?

Every time I turn on the car the dashboard turns on and off sometimes it works some doesn't i thing the connections in the back of the dashboard are the problem but I'm not sure.

Hello, have you had the vehicle scanned for any diagnostic trouble codes? A full scan of the entire vehicle (all its modules) will most likely show some trouble codes stored in different control modules. If the vehicles data bus network is having issues, it can cause intermittent problems like this. Varying on temperature, running time, if there's water intrusion somewhere, etc. Does the issue happen more after you have been driving for a while, or first thing in the morning when the vehicle is still cold?
Depending on where you live, if they use salt on the roads, you can check the under-hood fuse panel for any corrosion, in the fuses, relay pins. Pull some fuses and see what the pins look like where the fuse sits, there should be layout of what each fuse is for and goes in the owner's manual, usually in the glovebox.
