The engine will not start when hot

When you say it is choked up that makes me think the exhaust is clogged up. Have you tried pulling out the sensors of the exhaust to see if it starts?

Here is a guide that covers the basics of no starts. If it only does this when it is hot, that usually points to a crank sensor. Have you replaced any parts yet?
