The engine does not start I was changing a turbo?

I have a Benz 642 engine, I was changing a turbo. I disconnected the battery when changing the turbo after finishing everything I contacted the battery. When I turn the key to on position the fan is running continuously at high speed and the car can't even crank. And it's the first time this is happening. What could be the problem? Thank you.

It sounds like when you were doing the job you left off one of the system ground wires which will cause the problem you have described. Can you please go back over the job and look for the aforementioned ground wire? If there are no ground wires left off, I would do a CAN scan, you can get a CAN scanner (Controller Area Network) which will work on most cars from Amazon.

Actually, I disconnected four seasons two air flow sensors, oxygen sensor and turbo actuator sensor No ground is attached to the turbo.
