The drivers door will not unlock and can't be opened

The drivers side door can't be unlocked and door handle seems "disconnected". Can't be opened with a key either.

the door panel will have to be pulled off and check for a broken cable or rod disconnected if you can't open form inside panel can be pulled off but it's not goin gto be easy.
