Car started ran smooth but than started racing shut off the car cranks misfires but won't start its getting fuel.

First, make sure that the fuel pressure is within the manufacturer's specs and not too high or low due to a regulator issue. If the check engine light is on, have the computer scanned to determine trouble codes which can lead you to the problem.

The car started checked and cleaned all spark plugs now firing found vacuum hoses loose no idling now

If you have repaired all vacuum leaks, check to see if the idle air control valve is working properly.
