I placed voltmeter at pin A of the blower motor when the switch is in position 5 (Hi) and there is 12v present. and then moved it to pin B of the blower motor and 12v is present at this point too. That is what i do not understand why both wiring reads 12 volts?

Good evening,

When you have power on the ground side of the blower motor, it indicates you have no ground so the blower motor will not work.

The blower resistor is what grounds the blower motor. I would replace the blower resistor as the relay in the resistor is what grounds it and is not working.

By the way, I saw your question on the other site.

If you recall, your first post was for a 2000 not a 2002. the wiring diagram I sent you was for the 2002.

The controls are still the same.

I attached a diagram as well.

Check both the fuses listed in your diagram for power on both sides.

Check the orange wire at the blower resistor for power with the key on.

It still indicates you need a blower resistor.
