Unfortunately, we do not have a manual for this vehicle, so we are not going to be able to provide part numbers and processes for you to replace them.
However, we were able to find this site that should be able to help. As for getting them shipped to you, I am not going to be of much help as we are here in the USA and do not know if they will ship worldwide.

If this does not work then you can always try salvage yards in your area but again, I do not know if they will have any vehicles that will work for you.
