temperature gauge not working properly

the temperature gauge only goes up to the mark between 14/ and 1/5 mark.

Hi, I'm Dan. Sounds like you could have a thermostat stuck open not allowing the car to come up to temperature. I've attached the procedure for replacing the thermostat, a fairly easy job on this car. Be sure to check the basics like making sure there is enough coolant in the radiator.
