Where is the Temperature control blend door located and how do I remove it?

On that car you can access the blend door actuator by removing the two panels under the dash that hide the HVAC case. The blend door actuator is on the bottom of of the HVAC case secured with three screws. Then pull the actuator straight down. To install the new one be sure it is positioned on the shaft and install the screws. Connect the electrical connection and turn the key on and cycle the temp control to test it's operation. If you meant the actual door itself, it is inside the HVAC case and requires it's removal from the car to open it and remove the door. Those instructions are in the attached images if you need the door itself. However if you are replacing the door you will want to replace both the AC and heater cores while you have it apart.
