Temperature gauge low?

My temperature gauge used to always be at the center of the gauge, but now it runs at the bottom ¼ position, or slightly higher. Is this cause to be concerned?

The car listed above is an SEL model 2.5L Inline 4.

Yes, this can happen when the engine cooling system thermostat sticks open which will eventually make the check engine light come on. Here is how to change it out. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.
