Thank you, Mr. Roy for helping me figure this out. I tried to find a path to remove the TCM from the bottom side of car. Didn’t pan out that well. I will try the topside in the morning and give you heads up. I appreciate your help sir.

Well, upon inspection after taking the battery tray out it's not there. Would there be an alternate location you might know?

There is no other location listed at all.

Look from under the car on the frame rail.

Here’s the location it’s supposed to be. I’ve attached a picture. If there is any other info or direction, I need to go, I’d appreciate your knowledge.

This car might be a 2007 production which shows the TCM inside the transmission here are the diagrams below. Check out the diagrams (below). Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem.

Just to jump in on this. Do you have a hybrid vehicle? If not, do you have the 4 speed or 6 speed transmission?

Since you are not seeing this where Roy provided, I suspect you have a non-hybrid vehicle and 6 speed transmission.

If this is the case, your TCM is part of the valve body which is inside the transmission pan.

I am attaching this info below.

It’s the 3.6L non hybrid. And yes your correct. I had to contact AC Delco as to GM wasn’t much help. I have the lucky year of integration. For documentation and help I’ll definitely keep y’all posted. I’ll work on it tomorrow. Thanks again gentlemen. Glad there’s still guys like you in the world helping people unselfishly.

Thank you for the kind words. Ken (site owner) and his father started this just for that purpose, to help others so thank you for that.

We will wait to hear some good news back. Thanks again.
