Tapping noise when driving

Seems to increase and decrease with speed and slowing down. Had oil change done yesterday and was told I should probably look in to new tires and also had my winter tires changed over to my regular tires a week ago.

Is this noise constant with road speed or engine speed?

with road speed - problem taken care of - took it in to the dealers and they couldn't fit me in until next week - they did take off my tire and take a quick look, tweeked a few things to make sure there was no safety issue for me to drive it until then. Haven't heard the noise since then.
