Taillights not flashing

Okay, so I took my car to the shop not long ago and the owner had told me that I would be needing the taillight assembly for both sides. I had bought new ones on top of replacing them now I'm back at where I was before. So the issue that I'm having is that when I am driving all lights work great. But any time I apply the brakes as I'm driving around in town or so my back signals stop working completely. The front ones will flash at a high speed as if the back ones isn't working. But as soon as I release my foot off the brake and start moving again my signals will go back to flashing at regular tempo like if nothing is ever wrong. I'm going crazy not being able to figure it out. Someone please help me that you.

Hello, sorry for your frustration. It sounds like there's an issue inside the TIPM (total integrated power module). It's basically a power box, and it runs almost everything. They have a high failure rate. You should start by checking the box for corrosion underneath and inside. The brake switch and the rear turn lamps are in the same connector going into the TIPM. So I would check the connections/plugs going into the TIPM. Also look in the area of the TIPM for any ground wires going to the body frame for corrosion. This issue can be caused by a faulty body control module or wiring issue to the BCM. the last picture is the body control module and it's inputs and outputs. The BCM picture came out blurry, so here's the area of the brake and turn signal circuits.
