First, this vehicle isn't offered in the US, so my technical information is limited. However, to me it sounds like a bad ground. First, make sure the battery terminals are clean and tight, free of corrosion. Next, follow the ground wire to where it grounds on the body of the vehicle and confirm it is tight and corrosion free. Also, check the fuse box for loose fuses or ones that are damaged.
