Sorry I do not have the information here for the specific bulb unfortunately.
The best way to work this out would be to remove the light unit and remove the bulb, you can then take the bulb to a parts supplier to identify.
The rear light units on these vehicles only have two screws holding them on.
I do not have the instructions to remove the light unit on the Stream but it will be the same operation as on a CRV.
