Part 1) car starts and runs. on even a mild acceleration, the tachometer drops to zero and engine "stumbles". engine light comes on. At times the tachometer will go wild for no apparent reason (up to 2,500 RPMs or more than back to zero or 1,000, etc.) Has new iridium plugs, oil, filter, crank sensor blade, 2 matched coils.
Part 2) not related to Part 1 / of a sudden, takes maybe10 minutes, 5 miles to get car "up to temperature" where normally I have heat in 1-2 minutes and "up to temperature in 5 minutes or less. Heat is maybe 10% of normal. blower good. installed a new water pump, new radiator. Does not overheat or smell off. I don't think they are related as the heat problem started in like February. At this point, they both are the problem(s). thank you, CJ
