Tab/bracket bush lower control arm

Hi, the UK models Fiesta 6 and Fusion 2 use a peculiar metal tab or bracket/bush combination as the inboard rear mounting for the lower control arm. I could only remove it by cutting but refitting a new one is very difficult. The inner sleeve of the bush is less than 1mm thick and inaccessible behind the wishbone body. You cannot get a puller in it. Is there a better way to remove it and most importantly, how is it best refitted? Even MOOG could not tell me.

Would it be possible to take a picture of this and upload it here? Or the part number for the bushing? I usually press bushings out or torch out the rubber part and then slice the outer shell but this sounds different than the Fusion the US gets. The attached is the suspension in the US. Is that similar?

I think the removal is probably about right but the replacement is tricky as the center sleeve of the bush is so thin.

Okay, that is similar to the typical bushing. You need a bushing tool that matches the outer ring and presses on both the outer sleeve and the inner at the same time to press it on.
This shows a similar bushing being pressed into place.
