Synthetic oil

I just want to ask about the benefits of using a synthetic oil. For the past years, I have been using regular oil and I am planning of switching to synthetic oil. And how often do I have to change synthetic oil? I am driving 20 kms everyday. Thank you very much and hoping for your most appreciated reply.

Synthetic oil provide better performance to your enegine giving it more life. It works so much better on high temperature then conventional oil. Can't go wrong with switching. Every 5,000 miles is the best time to have oil change with synthetic

You can go further on the interval than that. Some manufacturers recommend as much as 15,000 miles with full synthetic but personally I wouldn't go over 8,000.

Thanks for your most appreciated replies gentlemen. After switching to full synthetic oil, I think it is better to go every 5,000 kms especially I drive everyday.

5,000km is only 3,000 miles and you can safely get much more than that with full synthetic oil. I would recommend 8,000 miles which is about 10,000km
