Which solenoid is my forward gear in my transmission pan?

Good morning.
Solenoids control shifting, not gear engagement. That is mechanical.
If you have a lack of engagement, it could be:
1. Clogged transmission filter
2. Low fluid
3. Torque converter failure
4. Front pump that has failed.

Okay, when I dropped the transmission pan which solenoid shifts forward.

They are shift solenoids for going from 1 to 2 and 2 to 3.
There is no solenoid for going into gear at all. That is mechanical.
