cylinder misfires

i hav a 1995 suzuki escudo 1600cc over 100000 km
apperantly the forth cylinder is misfirin alreday the injector, the plugs, plug cables has bieng changed but same problem that injector is appearantly getting a constant 13.5 volt
wats do u think can be the cause of this problem

i have a suzuki esteem 2000 have 182,000 miles the problem the i have is misfire cylinder 2, already change the spark, coil spark, the injector so what you think can be the problem :cry: :cry: :cry:
